A recent study has shown a significant reduction in whole body inflammation when you eat salmon 3 times a week combined with dieting. The subjects in the study ate 30% less calories than they required and lost an average of 5kg in eight weeks. The control group that had restricted calories with no salmon lost the same weight but did not have the reduction in inflammation.

This is great news for those suffering with widespread inflammation and inflammatory disorders like arthritis and auto-immune disorders.

If you are in constant pain, have an inflammatory condition and are carrying too much weight you need to start eating salmon and cut your calories by 30%. If you do not like salmon start taking at least 12 grams of fish oil daily. I take 12 grams of fish oil daily and will start to eat more salmon. I know salmon is expensive, but it is a lot cheaper than the medical bills associated with chronic inflammation.
